The photos looked a lot nicer than what I got. The color was a little off, and the fabric felt different too. It’s not terrible, not terrible, but it did feel kinda misleading compared to the listing.

I had to wait way too long to get my refund from Shop 437, and the most annoying part was how unclear everything was. I kept checking for updates, but it never really felt like anyone was explaining what was going on or when I could expect my money back. The whole thing was frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again if refunds are handled like this...

I ordered a suit from Shop 437 it’s really cute in person. The annoying part is that it showed up right before I needed it for a trip, and then I realized the care instructions are super fussy. Hand wash only, cold water, no tumble drying, lay flat to dry, and you have to be careful with lotion or sunscreen marks. Like, of course I find that out when I don’t have time to deal with it. For the price, I was expecting something a little easier to maintain. I’m nervous I’m going to wash it wrong. It’s not bad, just way too high maintenance for something I wanted to wear casually.

I ordered this dress and the color was almost the same as the pictures, just a tiny bit lighter in person. I’ve had dresses show up looking totally different before, so I was relieved this one was actually really close. Still a really nice color overall.
